Summary
Authorization to execute an amendment to the Agreement with Granicus, Inc., to enable the Boards and Commissions Application in FY 17. The cost of our monthly managed services will increase from $4,343.92 to $5,343.92. There is an additional one-time cost of $450.00 for services to transfer the data from the current database. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amendment to the Multi-Year Service Agreement with Granicus, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the development and implementation of the Boards and Commissions Application and related support services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $12,450.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Granicus, Inc. in FY 2017, from account #1101-133001-75103, pursuant to the terms of the Amended Agreement, with ongoing managed service fees subject to sufficient appropriation of funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
