BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Lady Veterans Connect, Inc., Blue Grass Community Foundation, Lexington Southeastern Little League, Blue Grass Council of Boy Scouts of America, Leestown Middle School PTSA, Good Shepherd Day School Corporation, LFUCG Division of Parks and Recreation, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lady Veterans Connect, Inc. ($840.00), Blue Grass Community Foundation ($1,050.00), Lexington Southeastern Little League ($875.00), Blue Grass Council of Boy Scouts of America ($1,900.00), Leestown Middle School PTSA ($156.00), Good Shepherd Day School Corporation ($200.00), LFUCG Division of Parks and Recreation ($155.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
