BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Professional Services Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Marinda Beasley, Kristin Beers, Angela Begley, Anita Capillo, Megan Magsam, and Angela Wallace, to serve as Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners on an on-call basis for the performance of forensic examinations in 2023.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $68,252.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Marinda Beasley, Kristin Beers, Angela Begley, Anita Capillo, Megan Magsam, and Angela Wallace, from account #3140-505506-71299 ($53,252.00) and #3140-505506-71217 ($15,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
