BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Ashland Terrace; Laclede Farm Village Homeowners Association, Inc.; William Wells Brown Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center Corporation; and KY Access To Justice Commission, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby
are approved for payment to Ashland Terrace ($1,300.00); Laclede Farm Village Homeowners Association, Inc. ($674.50); William Wells Brown Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($820.00); Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center Corporation ($530.00 and $50.00); and KY Access To Justice Commission, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101-121002-71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That amounts, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby are approved for internal allocation to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Parks & Recreation ($2,500.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, pending completion and approval of any necessary budget amendments.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
