Summary
Authorization to enter into a reimbursement Agreement with the Kentucky Horse Park for the purchase and installation of an ultrasonic flow meter system, meter vault and related electrical modifications at the Horse Park sanitary pump station. The flow meter will more accurately determine the actual flows from the pump station as opposed to using the pump run time method. Total project cost is estimated at $11,000.00. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Horse Park, for the purchase and installation of an ultrasonic flow meter system, meter vault, and related electrical modifications to the pump station at the Kentucky Horse Park.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $11,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment from account #4003 - 303410 - 92811, such cost to be reimbursed by the Kentucky Horse Park pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
