BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lexington Ravens Youth Football, ArtsConnect c/o LexArts, Friends of the Lexington Senior Center, Lafayette High School Track & Field Booster Club, Trees Lexington!, Castlegate Home Owners Assoc., Chenault Road Neighborhood Assoc., Fairway Neighborhood Assoc., Idle Hours Neighbor Alliance, Lakeshore Village, and Lakeview Islands Security and Maintenance Assoc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Lexington Ravens Youth Football ($1,200.00), ArtsConnect c/o LexArts ($2,000.00), Friends of the Lexington Senior Center ($2,450.00), Lafayette High School Track & Field Booster Club ($1,900.00), Trees Lexington! ($500.00), Castlegate Home Owners Assoc. ($1,000.00), Chenault Road Neighborhood Assoc. ($1,000.00), Fairway Neighborhood Assoc. ($1,000.00), Idle Hours Neighbor Alliance ($500.00), Lakeshore Village ($1,000.00), and Lakeview Islands Security and Maintenance Assoc. ($1,000.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
