BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order #1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Engineering Services Agreement approved by Council by Resolution No. 064-2024 for work associated with the Sewer Odor Control Master Planning and Program Management Services for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $1,572,038.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Webster Environmental Associates, from account # 4003-303401-92711, pursuant to the terms of Change Order #1 and the Engineering Services Agreement, which increases the cost of the Engineering Services Agreement from $550,000 to $2,122,038.00.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
