BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement (RFP No. 42-2023), the final form of which is subject to approval by the Department of Law and the Office of Homelessness Prevention and Intervention, with Hospice of the Bluegrass, Inc., d/b/a Bluegrass Care Navigators (“Bluegrass Care Navigators”), in order to allocate $205,340.00 to Bluegrass Care Navigators for temporary winter motel shelter services.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary amendments with Bluegrass Care Navigators related to the use of these funds.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed $205,340.00, is hereby authorized for payment to Hospice of the Bluegrass, Inc., d/b/a Bluegrass Care Navigators, from account # 3230-155003-78112, consistent with the terms of the final Agreement.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
