BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:

Michael Foster, Maintenance Supervisor, Grade 519E, $2,076.92 biweekly in the Division of Water Quality, effective September 21, 2015.

 

Rachael Berry, Budget Analyst, Grade 519E, $1,756.88 biweekly in the Division of Budgeting, effective September 21, 2015.

 

                     Section 2 - That the following Permanent Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:

 

Barry Brock, Engineering Bonds Officer, Grade 514N, $19.592 hourly in the Division of Engineering, effective August 23, 2015.

 

Roger Mulvaney, Traffic Engineer Manager, Grade 527E, $2,646.64 biweekly in the Division of Traffic Engineering, effective August 23, 2015.

 

Robin Thompson, Administrative Specialist Sr., Grade 516N, $21.454 hourly in the Department of Law, effective August 23, 2015.

 

Section 3 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Pay Increase in the

 

Office of the Urban County Council made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:

 

Jamie Giles, Aide to Council, Grade 518E, from $2,203.12 biweekly to $2,335.31 biweekly, effective August 24, 2015.

 

Section 4 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date

 

described in each item.
