BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is authorized and directed to amend an existing Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Management Registry, Inc., extending the period of performance through September 30, 2025, for the Division of Emergency Management, in order for support staff for the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) to close out the Program, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
