BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the U.S. Department of Justice and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $75,000 Federal funds under the 2014 Second Chance Act Technology Career Training Program for Incarcerated Adults and Juveniles, and are for a Technology Career Training Program at the Fayette County Detention Center.
      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
