Summary
Authorization to enter an Agreement between AssetWorks Risk Management Inc. and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for professional property appraisal services. This sole source provider is needed in order to provide comprehensive property insurance appraisal services and supplemental property underwriting data. It will provide web-based host of the data that includes software licensing, hosting, and remote training. The cost is not to exceed $33,000 and funding has been requested in our FY 2022 Budget from the div.’s Professional Services/Risk Management Insurance account. (L0249-21) (Maxwell/Hamilton)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with AssetWorks Risk Management Inc., a soul source provider, for professional property appraisal services for comprehensive property insurance appraisal services and supplemental property underwriting data.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $33,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to AssetWorks Risk Management Inc., from account #1101-160901- 0001-71251, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
