BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Nuday, Inc., in the amount of $17,563.00, for the installation of LED fixtures in the Fleet Services Facility for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $17,563.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Nuday, Inc., from account 2606-707201-0001-91012, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
