BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the professional services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFQ No. 10-2016), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Stantec Consulting Services Inc., for a comprehensive multimodal traffic study of the Beaumont Centre-Harrodsburg Road area.
Section 2 - That an amount estimated not to exceed the sum of $124,984.63 be and hereby is approved for payment to Stantec Consulting Services Inc., from account #1105-303202-91715, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
