                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference Gardenside NA, Inc., Firebrook Estates HOA Inc., Southpoint Residential Association, and Living Arts & Science Center, for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Gardenside NA, Inc. ($250.00), Firebrook Estates HOA, Inc., ($500.00), Southpoint Residential Association, ($500.00) and Living Arts & Science Center, ($2,600.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
