Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby are amended to read as follows:
410.030 5 262 121E Attorney Sr.
410.040 3 261 117E Attorney
Section 2 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0062, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
