BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Waste Services of the Bluegrass, Inc., to Request for Proposal 50-2014, establishing a price contract for Waste Management Disposal and Transfer Station Operations, for the Division of Waste Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the response and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with Waste Services of the Bluegrass, Inc., related to the Request for Proposal.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
