BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The Black Soil Charitable Fund, Inc., The Kentucky Center For Grieving Children and Families Inc., Sayre Christian Village Nursing Home, Inc., Lakeview Estates Lake Association, Inc., Gleanings Housing Inc, LFUCG Division of Traffic Engineering, LFUCG Division of Streets and Roads, The Lexington History Museum, Inc., and Hope Center, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment or transfer The Black Soil Charitable Fund, Inc. ($10,000.00), The Kentucky Center For Grieving Children and Families Inc. ($5,000.00), Sayre Christian Village Nursing Home, Inc. ($15,000.00), Lakeview Estates Lake Association, Inc. ($20,000.00), Gleanings Housing Inc ($28,000.00), LFUCG Division of Traffic Engineering ($9,000.00), LFUCG Division of Streets and Roads ($8,560.00), LFUCG Division of Traffic Engineering ($4,000.00), The Lexington History Museum, Inc. ($24,500.00), and Hope Center, Inc. ($3,140.00), from account #1105-121002-91715, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
