BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement (awarded pursuant to Request for Proposal No. 47-2015), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. d/b/a AECOM, for professional program management services for the Town Branch Commons Project, at a cost estimated not to exceed $679,922.00.
Section 2 - That an amount estimated not to exceed the sum of $679,922.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to AECOM Technical Services, Inc. d/b/a AECOM, from account #2606-133002-90319 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
