BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Waste Management, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase truck weighing software, hardware, and services from Mettler-Toledo, LLC/Jack Mann Scales, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $110,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mettler-Toledo, LLC/Jack Mann Scales, from the following accounts: # 1115 - 303501 - 76102 ($4,500.00); # 4121 - 303102 - 96468 ($90,000.00); # 4121 - 303102 - 76102 ($4,000.00); # 1115 - 303505 - 76102 ($4,000.00); and # 1115 - 303501 - 71208 ($7,500.00), pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
