BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to an Agreement, the final form of which is subject to the approval of the Department of Law and the Division of Grants and Special Programs, with Davis Park Station Limited Liability Limited Partnership, under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, to allocate an additional $277,576.00 of Federal funds awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), pending approval of any necessary Budget amendments, to provide housing and supportive services to individuals and households who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or other vulnerable populations at Davis Park Station.

                     Section 2 -- That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is further authored to execute any other documents related to this Amendment.

                     Section 3 -That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
