BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Industrial Products Corporation, establishing a price contract for Hazardous Gas Detection System, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any agreement related to the bid.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
