BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Clean Energy Corp. be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the purchase of upgrades to the Compressed Natural Gas Vehicle Fueling Station, for the Division of Waste Management, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with Clean Energy Corp., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $181,672.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Clean Energy Corp., from the following accounts in the following amounts: #1115 - 313104 - 90511 ($150,000.00); #1115 - 313101 - 71299 ($3,148.00); #1115 - 707301 - 90511 ($24,000.00); and #1115 - 707501 - 76101 ($4,524.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
