BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the amendment, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC., for a material cost increase for two custom fire apparatus units.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $224,998.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC., from the following accounts: $160,000.00 from account #1101-505707-96957 and $64,998.00 from account# 2613-505707-95967.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
