BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The Lexington History Museum, Mark Hinkel Pedaling Forward, Inc., Fayette County Farm Bureau of Fayette County, KY, Inc., Highlands Neighborhood Association, Inc., Meadowthorpe Elementary PTA, Inc., 16th District PTA c/o Brenda Cowan Elementary, America in Bloom Lexington, Inc., Alpha League, Inc., East End Community Development Corp., Inc., Lexington Branch #23 of National Association of Black Vets, Inc., Lexington’s Women’s Garden C/o KY Cancer Link, Southpoint Residential Association, Inc., and Bryan Station High School Alumni Association, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to The Lexington History Museum ($750.00), Mark Hinkel Pedaling Forward, Inc. ($2,000.00), Fayette County Farm Bureau of Fayette County, KY, Inc. ($250.00), Highlands Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($1,000.00), Meadowthorpe Elementary PTA, Inc. ($300.00), 16th District PTA c/o Brenda Cowan Elementary ($975.00), America in Bloom Lexington, Inc. ($2,000.00), Alpha League, Inc. ($250.00), East End Community Development Corp., Inc. ($350.00), Lexington Branch #23 of National Association of Black Vets, Inc. ($200.00), Lexington’s Women’s Garden c/o KY Cancer Link ($300.00), Southpoint Residential Association, Inc.
