BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized o execute a Renewal Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Emerson Network Power, a sole source provider, for uninterruptible power system for police communications.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $9,855.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Emerson Network Power, from account # 1101-505502-76101 ($6,405.75) and 4204-505602-76101 ($3,449.25), pursuant to the terms of the contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
