BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission (“HRC”) in order to allocate $205,730.00 of funds to support the operating costs of the HRC for FY 2022, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other needed agreements or amendments with the HRC related to the use of these funds.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $205,730.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission, from account #1101-900402-71101, pursuant to the terms of the agreement and contingent upon the approval of a pending budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
