BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Vebridge Holdings, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for the creation of an interactive Geographic Information System (GIS) enabled repository for engineering drawings, migration of data to the OnBase Enterprise Platform, and additional related engineering discovery services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $35,975.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to VeBridge Holdings, Inc., from the following accounts: #1101-303201-71299 ($5,993.75); #1136-303202-71299 ($5,993.75); #4002-303202-71299 ($5,993.75); #4201-303202-71299 ($5,993.75); #1101-303201-71304 ($3,000.00); #1136-303202-71304 ($3,000.00); #4002-303202-71304 ($3,000.00); and #4201-303202-71304 ($3,000) in FY 2016, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, with ongoing software maintenance costs subject to appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
