                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the response of DesignWORKS to RFP No. 36-2016 Lexington Corridors Beautification Design Services, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with DesignWORKS to provide landscape architectural services related to the design of landscaping improvements for the North BRd.way and Paris Pike corridor and Richmond Road medians, at a cost estimated not to exceed $44,750.00.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $44,750.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to DesignWORKS, from account # 1101 - 313201 - 71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
