BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Contract with Kroger Limited Partnership I, Louisville Division, to supply the influenza vaccine and administer influenza vaccinations to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government employees at a cost of twenty-one dollars ($21.00) per employee, during the 2015 - 2016 flu season.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $21.00 per employee, is hereby approved for payment to Kroger Limited Partnership I, Louisville Division, from Account No. 1101-160504-71203, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
