BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the bid of Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., in response to RFP No. 26-2023, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and any agreements hereby established, at a cost not to exceed $172,836.00, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an agreement with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., related to this project, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $172,836.00, be and hereby is authorized for payment to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., from account # 3160-303602-71205, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.

                     Section 3 -- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
