BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Frank White, Body & Paint Mechanic-Certified, Grade 111N, $22.091 hourly, in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective May 20, 2013.
Theresa Maynard, Buyer Sr., Grade 116E, $2,069.92 bi weekly, in the Division of Central Purchasing, effective April 22, 2013.
Gregory Sheffer, Maintenance Mechanic, Grade 113N, $17.077 hourly, in the Division of Water Quality, effective June 3, 2013.
