BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Waste Management is authorized to purchase hardware, software, services and maintenance from RouteWare Global, Inc., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with RouteWare Global, Inc. related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $380,180.09, be and hereby is approved for payment to RouteWare Global, Inc., $299,251.93 from account #1115-303501-76102 and $40,928.16 from account# 1115-303501-72303 subject to appropriation by Council.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
