BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Professional Services Agreement, with Tetra Tech, Inc., for services related to the Former Jacks Creek Pike Landfill Improvement Project at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary, increasing the Contract price by $119,350.00 and raising the total Contract price from $37,000.00 to $156,350.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $119,350.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tetra Tech, Inc., from account # 4121-313201-3092-71205, pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. One (1).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
