BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One (1) to the Third Amendment to the Purchase Agreement with Airbus DS Communications, f/k/a Cassidian Communications, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the purchase of a heavier tower for the Public Safety Operations Center, increasing the Agreement price by the sum of $17,688.00 from $1,542,083.00 to $1,599,771.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $17,688.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Airbus DS Communications, f/k/a Cassidian Communications, Inc., from account #3200-505201-95601, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
