                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:

Robert Boone, Public Service Worker, Grade 507N, $13.929 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Adam Daugherty, Treatment Plant Operator, Grade 515N, $20.578 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Shaun Green, Electronic Computer Controls Specialist, Grade 517N, $22.688 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Jefferson Harkless, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 514N, $16.397 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Kenny Priddy, Vehicle and Equipment Technician, Grade 514N, $19.599 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Amber Stevens, Child Care Program Aide, Grade 508N, $13.130 hourly in the Division of Family Services, effective October 24, 2016.

                     Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 May begin the probationary civil service probationary period.

                     Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Community Corrections Officer Appointments:

Allison Baughn, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Carey Crutcher, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Nathaniel Griffin, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Tiffany Hawkins, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.

Jody Scrivner, Staff Assistant Sr., Grade 510N, $16.124 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective November 7, 2016.

 

Chris Holtzclaw, Environmental Inspector, Grade 516N, $20.640 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective October 24, 2016.

 

                     Section 6 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 5 May begin employment.

                     Section 7 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment to the Office of the Urban County Council:

Zachary Losey, Aide to Council, Grade 518E, $1,788.46 biweekly in the Office of the Urban County Council, effective October 17, 2016.

 

                     Section 8 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 7 May begin employment.
