BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, awarding Sustainable Environmental Grants to Ashwood Townhouses of Laredo, Inc., Bell Court Neighborhood Association, Chilesburg Maintenance Association, Community Montessori School, Firebrook Estates Homeowners Association, First Alliance Church, FoodChain, Garden Club of Lexington, Hamburg Farm Condominium Association, Jessie Higginbotham Tech Trust Inc., Lakeshore Village Homeowners Association, Lansdowne Neighborhood Association, Living Arts & Science Center, Meadowthorpe Elementary, Nature Conservancy KY Chapter, Playhouse Preschool & Kindergarten, Quail Run Townhouses Association, Rosa Parks Elementary PTA, Sikh Association of the Bluegrass, Squires Elementary School, Still Meadow Homeowners Association, Transylvania University, and University of Kentucky.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Ashwood Townhouses of Laredo, Inc.
