BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Manwell Benton, Program Manager Sr., Grade 524E, $2,198.31 biweekly in the Division of Waste Management, effective December 1, 2014.
John Day, Public Service Supervisor Sr., Grade 517E, $1,592.24 biweekly in the Division of Waste Management, effective December 1, 2014.
Gary Grimes, Public Service Supervisor Sr., Grade 517E, $1,706.32 biweekly in the Division of Water Quality, effective December 1, 2014.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Sean McStay, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, $13.218 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective November 5, 2014.

Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Stephen Yoder, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $28.828 hourly in the Division of Police, effective December 1, 2014.
Jeremiah Davis, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $28.828 hourly in the Division of Police, effective December 1, 2014.
Section 4 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
