BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of AE Electrical Solutions, in the amount of $411,800.00, for the Installation of New Emergency Generator for Division of Streets and Roads Operational Center, for the Department of General Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to enter into the attached Agreement with AE Electrical Solutions, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $411,800.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to AE Electrical Solutions, from account #1105-707201-96462 ($216,540.00) and account #3200-505201-96462 ($195,260.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
