BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with EDS HoldCo, LLC, the final form of which shall be subject to the approval of the Department of Housing Advocacy and Community Development and the Department of Law, for the operation of a temporary winter emergency shelter serving persons experiencing homelessness, located at 1306 Versailles Road, between November 1, 2025 to April 1, 2026, at a total cost not to exceed $1,782,000.00.
Section 2 – That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,782,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to EDS HoldCo, LLC, from account #1145-155003-78112, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and contingent upon the approval of a pending Budget amendment.
Section 3 – That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
