BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS) for the Division of Youth Services to provide school-based mental health services and targeted case management, when applicable, for the agreed upon number of hours per week for the FCPS Schools identified in the Agreement. This Agreement shall have no Budgetary implications for the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
