BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 72-2020, which established price contacts for multiple bids for mowing, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby is amended to remove Schallner Lawn Care and Landscaping, LLC, and cancel its price contract and the acceptance and approval of its bid.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 72-2020 is further amended to add Klausing Group and establish a price contract with it and accept and approve as to the specifications and amount set forth in the term of its bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That Resolution No. 72-2020 otherwise remains unchanged.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
