Authorization to award funds for proposed projects under the Neighborhood Sustainability Grant program and enter into a contract with each neighborhood in the amount of $45,488 for proposed projects. The grants will be awarded to  Bluegrass Community & Technical College ($2,792), Greendale HOA ($5,000), Heritage Place Condominium Assoc. ($5,000), Lexington Community Radio (LCR) ($5,000), Lexington Fashion Collaborative ($2,100) Lexington Habitat for Humanity ($1,635), Living Arts & Science Center ($5,000) Mary E. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, awarding Neighborhood Community and Sustainability Grants to Bluegrass Community & Technical College, Greendale Homeowners Association, Heritage Place Condominium Association, Lexington Community Radio (LCR), Lexington Fashion Collaborative, Lexington Habitat for Humanity, Living Arts & Science Center, Mary E. Wharton Nature Sanctuary, Mary Todd Elementary School, North Lexington YMCA, Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School, Seedleaf, and Saint Peter Catholic Church.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Community & Technical College ($2,792), Greendale Homeowners Association ($5,000), Heritage Place Condominium Association ($5,000), Lexington Community Radio (LCR) ($5,000), Lexington Fashion Collaborative ($2,100), Lexington Habitat for Humanity ($1,635), Living Arts & Science Center ($5,000), Mary E. Wharton Nature Sanctuary ($5,000), Mary Todd Elementary School ($1,500), North Lexington YMCA ($2,500), Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School ($489), Seedleaf ($4,570), and Saint Peter Catholic Church ($4,902), from account #1115-313201-78112, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
