Summary
Authorization to approve a request for an FY17 (Class A) Stormwater Quality Projects Incentive Grant for Tanbark Association of Neighbors, Inc. (TAN) in the amount of $31,650.00. Funds will be used to improve water quality by mitigating issues of erosion and ponding from stormwater runoff in an existing swale located west of Crosby Drive. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, awarding a Class A (Neighborhood) Incentive Grant to Tanbark Association of Neighbors, Inc., for stormwater quality projects.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $31,650.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tanbark Association of Neighbors, Inc., from account # 4052 - 303204 - 78112, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
