BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Addendum to the Agreement with Industrial/Organizational Solutions, Inc., authorizing continued services for Police Sergeants And Police Lieutenants Promotional Processes under the terms and conditions of the Contract for RFP 47-2019, for the Lexington Division of Police, at a cost not to exceed $75,953.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $75,953.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Industrial/Organizational Solutions, Inc., from account # 1101-160502-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
