BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Fire and Emergency Services be and hereby is authorized to procure, as necessary and budgeted, professional training services from Spec.Rescue International, a sole source provider, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and any other necessary agreements with Spec.Rescue International, Inc., related to the above.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $20,000.00 (FY 2014), be and hereby is approved for payment to Spec.Rescue International, Inc., from account #3200-505702-71299, for the above services pursuant to the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
