BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for design and construction of the Isaac Murphy Memorial Garden, to permit the Urban County Government to use $117,902.25 of the grant funds as the local match for the Legacy Trail Enhancements Project.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
