BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with LFUCG - Corridors Commission, United Way of the Bluegrass, Inc., LFUCG - Corridors Commission, The Black Soil Charitable Fund, Inc., Gatton Park Conservancy, Inc., Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center Corporation, Idle Hour Neighbors Alliance, Inc., The Ginkgo Foundation, Inc., LFUCG Division of Parks and Recreation, Fairway Neighborhood Association, Inc., and LFUCG Division of Parks and Recreation, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to LFUCG - Corridors Commission ($2,500.00); United Way of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($50,300.00) LFUCG - Corridors Commission ($45,700.00); The Black Soil Charitable Fund, Inc. ($2,000.00); Gatton Park Conservancy, Inc. ($17,545.00); Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center Corporation ($25,000.00); Idle Hour Neighbors Alliance, Inc. ($3,225.00); The Ginkgo Foundation, Inc. ($1,000.00); LFUCG Division of Parks and Recreation ($2,000.00); Fairway Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($6,632.00); and LFUCG Division of Parks and Recreation ($14,600.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
