BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Chesapeake Containment Systems, Inc., in the amount of $435,357.80 and Skaps Industries in the amount of $834,201.72, for Geosynthetic Material supply for the Division of Waste Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $435,357.80, be and hereby is approved for payment to Chesapeake Containment systems, Inc, and amount not to exceed the sum of $834,201.72, be and hereby is approved for payment to Skaps Industries, from account #4121-303102-90316, pursuant to the terms of the bids.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
