BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc., Sandersville Elementary PTA, Inc., Salvation Army, Lexington Sister Cities Programs, Inc., Downtown Lexington Corporation, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc. ($500.00), Sandersville Elementary PTA, Inc., ($250.00), Salvation Army ($600.00), Lexington Sister Cities Programs, Inc., ($925.00), Downtown Lexington Corporation ($800.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
